You don’t have to make that extra appointment with your primary care doctor anymore. You are allowed to come in and get evaluated and treated by a Physical Therapist for up to 30 days before having to go to your primary care for a script for Physical Therapy. This helps out when you need a quick tune up, or even if you want to learn some new exercises to keep yourself active and know they are safe. This is something that can help prevent the risk of future injury!
