Trevor Stewart, PT, DPT, ATC

Clinic Director – Physical Therapist

Dr. Trevor Stewart graduated from Marymount University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2016 where he developed problem-solving clinical skills and therapy techniques supported by scientific evidence.  His love of sports medicine is complemented by dual degrees in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy, and an impressive work background.  Trevor has experience working with all ages of athletic populations including high school, collegiate, and professional.  Prior to joining our Fusion team in May 2018, he worked as an athletic trainer at several universities, even spending three years with the Washington Redskins.  Additionally, he is certified by Titleist Performance Institute and works with golfers to enhance their performance without injury.

Trevor knows every patient, regardless of age or ability, strives to return to a specific level of activity and works with them to surpass their goals.  He believes in the individuality of each patient, and that to be successful in rehabilitation you must look at total body biomechanics and movement patterns in order to decrease problem areas and return patients to optimum functionality.

When not working with his patients, Trevor loves outdoor activities including fishing from his kayak on the river or snow boarding down the slopes in the winter.

Ali Sadeghi, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Ali Sadeghi graduated from Florida International University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 after he received a B.S. in Health Science from the University of Florida in 2013.  Prior to joining our team in November 2016, Ali worked in several locations in south Florida, providing acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation.  In Ali’s spare time he likes to cheer on his Florida Gators, explore northern Virginia, and find new places to eat.

Ali is a Certified Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN) physical therapist.  He works in both our Lake Ridge and Fusion clinics.

Winston Graves, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Winston Graves earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University. As a former collegiate football and lacrosse player, Winston’s path to physical therapy began following shoulder and back injuries that threatened his sports careers. Through diligent rehabilitation, he was able to achieve his goal of playing collegiate sports.

Winston creates specialized plans of care for his patients; help them return to the activities they enjoy and achieve their own specific goals. His mindset is that physical therapy is not a place you go, but something that you incorporate into your lifestyle.

Winston stays up to date with the most recent innovations in physical therapy and the current best evidence of rehabilitation practices. He utilizes a functional approach to his examination and focuses on identifying the underlying root of the problem, not just the symptoms. Winston has experience working with general outpatient orthopedics, inpatient neurological disorders, the United States Armed Forces, and the FBI.

Winston enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, tennis, skiing, and even surfing. Winston also enjoys spending his free time with his wife and his dog. One of Winston’s goals in life is to get on Jeopardy!

Mabel Castellanos, PT, DPT, MS

Physical Therapist

Dr. Mabel Castellanos graduated from Marymount University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018, after obtaining a Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from The George Washington University in 2013. She has a strong background in cardiac rehabilitation, and has experience working with people affected by different chronic and acute diseases. More recently, Mabel has been able to use her background as an exercise physiologist and a physical therapist to expand her exposure to a more diverse population. She has gained experience working with young athletes as well as treating sports and orthopedic injuries in people of all

Mabel has always had a passion for helping people of all backgrounds. She’s committed to help improve their quality of life and reach a level of function they are most happy with, whether it’s for everyday living, enjoying their hobbies or excelling in their favorite sport. She understands every person is unique and striving for different goals, making it important for her that each patient is very much involved in their own rehabilitation plan of care.

Alex Cox, ATC

Certified Athletic Trainer

Alex Cox graduated from Radford University with a BS in Athletic Training in May 2017. After working with several sports teams at Frostburg State University, he joined Fusion in the Summer of 2018. He is currently working toward a Master’s Degree at George Mason University. Alex is a Certified Athletic Trainer and is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. He has experience and enjoys working with all age groups.

Kieran P. Loving, ATC

Certified Athletic Trainer

Kieran Loving started his career in 2003 as a Physical Therapy Technician specializing in outpatient and inpatient Orthopedics, collecting data for academic research on Thoracic outlet syndrome and shoulder dysfunction in overhead athletes. After graduating from George Mason’s Athletic Training program in 2008, he spent the next decade working with Prince William County schools teaching and practicing Sports Medicine at the High School level.  Kieran was part of a team of athletic trainers that developed and implemented strict concussion protocols and procedures for Prince William County during the time of state and federal legislative changes. Outside of the school system, he also been involved in numerous Sporting clubs and teams throughout the Northern Virginia area such as the Haymarket Senator Baseball Team, Northern Virginia Soccer Association, The battle of Bull Run Lacrosse Tournaments and multiple Basketball tournaments and camps.  Kierans interests involve helping the military and public service community achieve their goals not only in fitness and rehabilitation but their abilities to perform their jobs at the highest level while preventing injury and work hazards.
